The Bank of Punjab (BOP) says its board has approved audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting what it described as one of its strongest years of performance.
According to the announcement, the bank reported record pre-tax profit and a sharp rise in operating profit before provisions, while pointing to disciplined cost management and improvements in funding mix. BOP also said it continued investing in technology, cybersecurity and data-led initiatives as part of its digital transformation.
The bank stated that total deposits crossed the Rs. 2 trillion mark by year-end, supported by growth in current deposits. It also reported strong expansion in net interest income and growth in non-markup income (excluding capital gains).
Based on the reported results, the board declared a final cash dividend in addition to an interim dividend already paid for 2025, reiterating its focus on shareholder returns.
