ISLAMABAD: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has issued updated office and public dealing hours for Ramazan-ul-Mubarak 1447 AH, which banks, development finance institutions and microfinance banks will also follow.
Under the notified schedule, SBP and financial institutions will observe office hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm (without a break) from Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00am to 12:30pm (without a break) on Fridays.
For customer-facing banking hours, branches will remain open for public dealing from 9:00am to 2:00pm (without a break) Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00am to 12:30pm (without a break) on Fridays.
SBP added that the timings will automatically revert to the pre-Ramazan schedule after the holy month ends.
