IPAK Group has reported a sharp improvement in its half-year results, with consolidated net profit rising to Rs. 1.47 billion for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company said this marked a 289.92% increase compared to Rs. 377 million in the same period last year.

The group attributed the stronger performance to higher exports and better operational efficiency. It also reported a 19.8% rise in consolidated sales to Rs. 19.46 billion, supported by improved demand and higher capacity utilization.

IPAK said profitability strengthened further at the operational level, citing higher gross profit and improved margins. It added that finance costs declined despite business expansion, which it linked to better working-capital management and stronger internal cash generation.

Exports were highlighted as a key driver, with international sales climbing to Rs. 4.67 billion, supported by demand for value-added specialty films and an export-focused strategy.

On a standalone basis, the company reported sales of Rs. 6.07 billion and net profit of Rs. 423 million, crediting a better product mix and efficiency gains. Group leadership said the combination of operational discipline, export expansion and customer-focused innovation is helping sustain earnings growth.
