Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto landed in Islamabad for a two-day official visit aimed at expanding cooperation in trade, investment, defence, health, information technology and climate resilience.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received the visiting leader at Nur Khan Airbase. According to the Foreign Office, the schedule includes delegation-level talks with the prime minister, meetings with Pakistan’s leadership including the Chief of Defence Forces, and the signing of several memoranda of understanding.
