ProPakistani reported that shorter office schedules and temporary service pauses during the final stretch of Ramadan often create longer queues and delayed approvals, especially for applications submitted close to Eid. The outlet said the most disruption-prone period is usually the last week of Ramadan and the Eid holiday window.
The countries listed as potentially affected include Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Bangladesh, Indonesia and others.
