Prince William's former university classmate Ben Duncan has died after a fall from a rooftop bar in central London, UK media reported, citing the Metropolitan Police. Officers responded late on October 30 to a building on Cockspur Street in Westminster, where Duncan was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the death is being treated as unexpected but not suspicious.
Duncan attended the University of St Andrews alongside the Prince and Princess of Wales and later appeared on British reality TV, including Big Brother's 11th series, as well as programmes such as Come Dine With Me, Ladette to Lady and Celebrity Coach Trip.
The news emerged as Prince William began a five-day trip to Brazil focused on environmental advocacy. He is due to present the Earthshot Prize and then travel to Belem, in the Amazon, to deliver remarks linked to COP30.
