A Pakistan Air Force contingent, including F-16 Block-52 aircraft along with air and ground crew, has reached King Abdulaziz Air Base in Saudi Arabia to participate in the multinational aerial combat exercise “Spears of Victory-2026,” according to a statement from ISPR.
ISPR said the exercise brings together fighter jets and supporting elements from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, France, Italy, Greece, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The military said the drills are intended to strengthen interoperability and operational coordination among participating air forces, including training for large-force employment, night composite air operations, integrated intelligence-surveillance-reconnaissance tasks and operations in advanced electronic warfare conditions.
ISPR added that the PAF aims to test and validate readiness in a technology-driven environment and highlighted that the deployed aircraft completed a non-stop flight from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, reflecting long-range operational reach. During the exercise, PAF pilots flying modernised F-16 Block-52s are expected to conduct missions alongside and against a range of advanced platforms fielded by other participants.
