Image to PDF Studio Privacy Policy

Image to PDF Studio is provided by NewsNexus24. The app helps users convert selected images into PDF documents on their device. This policy explains how the app handles user-selected images, generated PDFs, permissions, internet connectivity, and sharing.

1. Images and PDF files

Images selected through the system image picker or captured with the camera are processed locally on the device to create PDF files. The app does not upload selected images or generated PDF files to NewsNexus24 servers for conversion. Generated PDF files are stored in app storage on the device until the user deletes them.

2. Image limits and optimization

To improve performance and reduce memory pressure, the app limits image imports and may request optimized image copies from the device picker.

• Up to 20 selected images
• Up to 8 MB per image
• Up to 30 MB total selected image size
• Imported images may be optimized to a maximum dimension of 2400 px at 85% quality

These limits are used for app performance and do not create remote data collection.

3. Internet connectivity

An internet connection is required to open and continue using the app. The app checks for internet connectivity when it starts and may ask the user to retry if no connection is detected. This check is used only to determine whether the device appears to be online. It does not upload selected images or generated PDF files to NewsNexus24 servers.

4. Data collection

The app does not provide account registration and does not intentionally collect personal data on remote NewsNexus24 servers through the core PDF conversion flow.

5. Advertising

The app may show ads from third-party advertising partners. Advertising partners may collect or receive limited device and usage information, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network data, app interaction data, ad views, and diagnostics, to deliver, measure, limit, and improve ads.

Ad handling is governed by the privacy policies and consent controls of the advertising partner used in the app. The app does not share selected images or generated PDF files with advertising partners for ad targeting. Users may be able to limit ad personalization through device settings or through consent controls shown in the app where required by law.

6. Sharing

If a user shares a generated PDF, the file is shared using apps or services available on the device. Those third-party apps and services handle data according to their own privacy practices.

7. Permissions

The app uses:

• The system image picker, to allow users to select only the images they choose
• Camera capture, to allow users to capture images for PDF creation
• Internet access, to verify connectivity and allow required online availability checks

The app does not require broad photo or video library access for its core PDF creation flow.
