NADRA announces four-day nationwide Eid closure
The National Database and Registration Authority has announced that its offices across Pakistan will remain closed for four days on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr and Pakistan Day. According to the official schedule, closures will run from March 20 to March 23, 2026.
NADRA said offices operating on a five-day workweek will shut at midnight between March 19 and 20, and regular operations will resume on March 24 at 8:00 am. The authority added that its overseas offices and counters will continue to operate according to their local schedules.
While in-person services will pause during the holiday window, online facilities will remain available through NADRA’s mobile application. The announcement is meant to help citizens plan documentation and registration-related matters before the extended break begins.
